The last youth is possibly at the actuarial outer limit of his highest and purest succulence. Next month, next year, he'll define himself in one of the directions implicit in this high season. He should urgently be tasked with propagating the species, now, so that in his retirement next year he can be remanded to his natural court, for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.
