  7. Oops. I hadn't realised, all would be revealed here. I don't know who these offenders are, but they aren't in my blogreading compass, so to me they all sound like the derivative and impotent sods you tend to say they are. I can't believe that a reader of this blog would ever "equate" some other one with TS, based on pictorial repetition/quotation/poaching -- think of it as one may. And that, I think, should drive one's definition of authorship.

    As you have seen, I would rather you would not adopt this style of defense -- particularly given the prevalence of resources to disable the super-imposed Maginot Line, except among haplessly underendowed software users such as oneself, who simply wish to see a pretty picture, unbesmirched.

    It seems, then, that you've adopted a defense which says you're prepared to frustrate the aspirations of the innocent without any cost to the poachers. "Not caring" is a natural position to adopt when one is in a frame of mind to act in this ineffectual way, but I can only say, I hope the discovery of alternative defenses can restore sympathy for your readers.
